Amelia Valente
4-H County Agent

Amelia is a Monmouth County 4-H alumna who holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biotechnology and a Masters in Organizational Leadership. She began her Extension career in 2016 as a Program Assistant with Rutgers Cooperative Extension in Monmouth County and later served as a Senior Program Coordinator with Rutgers Cooperative Extension in Ocean County. In April 2026, Amelia returned to Monmouth County as the 4-H Agent. In her role, she works closely with 4-H staff, volunteers, and youth to create welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment where all members of the Monmouth County 4-H community can learn, grow, and thrive.

Kylene Stewart
4-H Program Associate

As a County 4-H Program Associate, Kylene focuses on animal science project areas and teen leadership. She works directly with 4-H youth, volunteers, and leaders and provides support to the Monmouth County 4-H community. Kylene’s lifelong enthusiasm for 4-H comes from the organization’s inclusive atmosphere and hands-on approach to learning. Her goal is to continue developing engaging programs that offer opportunity and belonging to all.

A dedicated member of the 4-H community since 2015, Christine has experienced the program from every angle—first as a parent, then as a volunteer, and now as secretary. Having seen firsthand how 4-H transforms lives, she is deeply committed to the mission of youth development. Christine takes great pride in supporting the leaders, parents, and youth who make this organization thrive, ensuring every member has the resources and encouragement they need to succeed.
